The QUAD Light uses Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), often known as Low-Level Light Therapy, to emit a precise combination of LED light wavelengths designed to provide optimum results to the face, neck and décolleté.
This technology stimulates cells called fibroblasts which produce collagen. It also slows down the production of enzymes, which break down collagen and make older skin lose elasticity. LED lights also speed up cell production, regenerating skin faster and creating fresher-looking complexions.
The 830nm Near-Infrared light (NIR) is invisible to the naked eye but will penetrate 12 times deeper than any other colour and is beneficial in accelerating skin metabolism and firming up the skin. All the LED modes utilise this Near-Infrared light in combination with visible light: Red (635nm), the anti-ageing colour of choice; Blue (415nm) for anti-bacterial properties; and Orange (605nm) to reduce dullness and dark spots.
